NDVERSE · GLOBAL ESTABLISHMENT INITIATIVE

EVERY MIND BELONGS.
EVERYWHERE.

After establishing its national foundation in the United States, NDVerse envisions a global network of accessible, welcoming community spaces. Our long-term aim is to work with a trusted partner on every continent, establish at least one location in each inhabited continent, and expand thoughtfully into additional countries and communities. The broader seven-continent vision includes exploring appropriate collaboration in Antarctica, subject to its unique conditions.

LONG-TERM VISION · PRE-IMPLEMENTATIONInternational sites and partners have not been confirmed by this proposal.

THE ORDER MATTERS

FIRST NATIONAL. THEN GLOBAL.

The United States Establishment Initiative comes first. NDVerse plans to develop its Ohio flagship and national community-center network before advancing physical international establishment. This global page describes the next chapter, not a simultaneous launch, an active foreign office network, or a claim that international facilities already exist.

THE INTERNATIONAL VISION

A WORLDWIDE PLACE TO BELONG.

Neurodivergent people and families deserve opportunities to connect, learn, and participate in communities that welcome different minds. Yet accessibility, support systems, language, public resources, and cultural expectations vary widely across countries.

NDVerse does not envision simply copying an American building into every region. We envision locally informed, accessible NDVerse spaces shaped by the people they serve and developed alongside qualified partners who understand their communities.

Each future location would combine relevant education, community connection, resource navigation, inclusive activities, and appropriate local partnerships under one roof. The precise services and building model would depend on local consultation, law, funding, and sustainable operations.

OUR GUIDING BELIEF

Belonging should never depend on the country you live in, the language you speak, or the way your mind works.

CONTINENT-BY-CONTINENT APPROACH

START WITH A PARTNER. BUILD A PLACE. GROW THE NETWORK.

The proposed model begins with a locally grounded institutional or community partner in each region. Following a needs assessment, feasibility review, funding commitments, and required approvals, NDVerse would work toward an initial site before considering more locations.

01 / AFRICA

AFRICA

Identify a regional partner, engage local disability and mental-health advocates, evaluate candidate countries, and plan an initial accessible community center that can support future expansion.

FUTURE PARTNER & SITE
02 / ASIA

ASIA

Build partnerships across language and cultural contexts, identify accessibility and resource gaps, and develop a locally appropriate first center with room to expand regionally.

FUTURE PARTNER & SITE
03 / EUROPE

EUROPE

Collaborate with local organizations and specialists on inclusive design, education, resource navigation, and a sustainable initial community location.

FUTURE PARTNER & SITE
04 / NORTH AMERICA

NORTH AMERICA

Build on the United States initiative before exploring additional partnerships and locations in other North American countries, subject to local readiness.

U.S. FOUNDATION FIRST
05 / SOUTH AMERICA

SOUTH AMERICA

Connect with local advocates and nonprofit partners, assess language and geographic access needs, and establish a first community center when practical and financially sustainable.

FUTURE PARTNER & SITE
06 / OCEANIA

OCEANIA

Explore partnerships serving diverse island and mainland communities, with one initial accessible location and longer-term regional collaboration.

FUTURE PARTNER & SITE
07 / ANTARCTICA

ANTARCTICA

Explore a collaboration or accessibility-education presence with an authorized research or operational organization. A conventional public community center is not assumed feasible given Antarctica's population, governance, environmental, and logistical conditions.

SPECIAL FEASIBILITY PATHWAY

The six inhabited continents are the initial physical community-center aspiration. Antarctica remains part of the seven-continent partnership vision through a separately evaluated, appropriate presence—not a promised permanent public facility. No specific country, city, building, or continental partner is confirmed by this plan.

A RESPONSIBLE EXPANSION SEQUENCE

THE GLOBAL ESTABLISHMENT ROADMAP.

01

COMPLETE THE UNITED STATES FOUNDATION

Prioritize the Ohio flagship, develop and evaluate the U.S. model, strengthen governance and operating systems, and advance the national plan. International physical establishment follows the national stage.

VIEW THE NATIONAL PLAN ↗
02

IDENTIFY CONTINENTAL PARTNERS

Seek at least one credible regional partnership on each continent. Conduct due diligence on mission alignment, local knowledge, safeguarding, financial stewardship, and ability to support community engagement. Partnerships are to be negotiated rather than presumed.

03

ASSESS COUNTRY & COMMUNITY READINESS

Invite local input, identify unmet needs and existing services, review laws and accessibility requirements, and study possible properties, delivery models, governance, and long-term operating costs. Decide where an initial location can deliver meaningful benefit.

04

ESTABLISH INITIAL CONTINENTAL LOCATIONS

Subject to approvals and secured funding, develop at least one initial NDVerse community center on each inhabited continent. Use region-specific service plans rather than a one-size-fits-all design. Pursue a distinct, feasible collaboration pathway for Antarctica.

05

EVALUATE, STRENGTHEN & EXPAND

Measure accessibility, participation, community benefit, costs, and partner performance. Where outcomes and capacity justify it, expand within countries and into additional communities while preserving local leadership and accountability.

A SHARED MISSION, LOCALLY ADAPTED

WHAT AN NDVERSE LOCATION COULD INCLUDE.

The national community-center concept provides a starting framework. International centers would reflect local culture, language, accessibility needs, professional regulations, and community priorities.

01 / ACCESS

INCLUSIVE GATHERING SPACE

Welcoming space for eligible community gatherings, disability groups, family activities, and peer connection, with a goal of removing venue-fee barriers where sustainable.

02 / ENVIRONMENT

SENSORY-CONSCIOUS DESIGN

Flexible lighting, quieter rooms, accessible navigation, communication support, and thoughtful physical design informed by local participants.

03 / EDUCATION

LOCALLY RELEVANT LEARNING

Autism, ADHD, disability inclusion, mental-health awareness, and family education adapted for local languages and evidence-based resources.

04 / CONNECTION

RESOURCE NAVIGATION

Connections to independently qualified local providers, schools, public resources, and community organizations, without implying NDVerse itself offers regulated clinical care.

05 / COMMUNITY

ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

Inclusive recreation, accessible workshops, community events, and programs designed alongside participating local groups.

06 / IMPACT

LOCAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Community feedback, measurable access outcomes, financial controls, privacy safeguards, and regular review of whether each center is meeting its purpose.

THE PARTNERSHIP FRAMEWORK

GLOBAL REACH. LOCAL LEADERSHIP.

NDVerse's future global expansion depends on people and organizations rooted in the communities where locations might be established. A prospective continental partner would help guide opportunities, not automatically become an independent NDVerse chapter or receive permission to use the name.

01

Find the right partner. Consider nonprofit organizations, community leaders, educational institutions, health-sector collaborators, and accessibility specialists.

02

Define responsibilities. Establish written agreements covering decision-making, safeguarding, financial oversight, intellectual property, and local legal obligations.

03

Plan the first location. Use local feasibility studies, property and operating budgets, and sustainable funding commitments before starting a physical project.

04

Grow only when ready. Use demonstrated outcomes and operational capacity to guide additional locations.

FINANCIAL & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

THE GLOBAL PLAN IS NOT A FUNDED PROJECT YET.

Unlike the U.S. initiative's preliminary scenario figures, NDVerse is not publishing a global capital total at this stage. International building and operating expenses cannot be estimated responsibly without specific countries, cities, property requirements, local staffing arrangements, and regulatory assessments.

BEFORE SITE SELECTION

DOCUMENT LOCAL NEED

Confirm expected users, gaps in access, partner capacity, and suitable program delivery models.

BEFORE FUNDRAISING COMMITMENTS

VALIDATE COSTS

Establish site-specific acquisition or occupancy budgets, renovation needs, ongoing operations, contingencies, and a funding plan.

BEFORE OPENING

SECURE APPROVALS

Review applicable local registration, tax, safeguarding, employment, building, and accessibility obligations with qualified advisors.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

NDVerse's U.S. establishment plan and this future global initiative are distinct planning stages. No international facility, funding award, property acquisition, branch, or formal partnership is being represented as completed. Any future international fundraising campaign would disclose its intended use, scope, and restrictions before soliciting project-specific gifts.

HOW SUCCESS WOULD BE MEASURED

NOT JUST MORE LOCATIONS. MORE BELONGING.

ACCESS

Reduced participation barriers, appropriate accommodations, and accessible shared spaces.

LOCAL PARTICIPATION

Community use, educational sessions, participant feedback, and repeat engagement.

PARTNER QUALITY

Strong local oversight, formal collaboration structures, and meaningful community input.

SUSTAINABILITY

Annual operating readiness, responsible site management, and transparent reporting.

EDUCATION

Accessible materials, relevant learning opportunities, and feedback on usefulness.

LONG-TERM GROWTH

Expansion into additional communities only after initial locations demonstrate sustainable value.

BE PART OF THE LONG-TERM VISION

A WORLD WHERE EVERY MIND BELONGS.

NDVerse welcomes conversations with mission-aligned organizations, prospective regional collaborators, philanthropic supporters, and professionals interested in shaping a responsible international future. The immediate establishment priority remains the United States. Global partnership interest can be shared now, while physical expansion abroad remains a later-stage goal.

Planning vision only. Timing, sites, regional arrangements, and programs remain subject to U.S. progress, local consultation, financing, feasibility, and approvals.
