Gabrie’le “Gabby” Eato is the Founder
and President of NDVerse. Drawing on her
background in psychology, behavioral health,
and neurodevelopmental assessment, she leads
NDVerse with a vision of expanding meaningful
support for individuals, families, and communities.
Inspired by her lived experiences with autism,
ADHD, mental health challenges, and adversity,
Eato founded NDVerse in 2024 to build the kind
of community she once needed. Under her leadership,

What We Do
Our Mission in Action
OUR MISSION
NDVerse exists to make neurodiversity, disability, mental health, and suicide prevention education, resources, and community support more accessible—so every mind has a place to belong.
We are building toward free, accessible, sensory-friendly community centers where individuals and families can gather for support, education, recreation, and connection without facility rental fees. Our first center is planned for Ohio, followed by a national expansion across all 50 states as part of our longer-term global vision.
OHIO FIRST · NATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT · GLOBAL VISION
Building free, sensory-friendly community spaces beginning in Ohio, expanding toward all 50 states, and ultimately worldwide. Planned centers will provide welcoming places for families, peer groups, and community organizations to meet without facility rental fees.
Delivering accessible education and trusted resources for autism, ADHD, other developmental disabilities, mental health, and suicide prevention. We will challenge stereotypes, share practical information, and help people navigate available services.
Fundraising for community-centered change through grants, philanthropic gifts, sponsorships, and partnerships, including efforts supporting hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and disability initiatives.
Building a sustainable national funding strategy with a preliminary capital plan for each state. Our planned Ohio flagship is an initial step, with property acquisition, accessibility upgrades, and operations dependent on funding.
Working toward affordable autism and ADHD evaluations by connecting with qualified assessment professionals to explore reduced-cost and potentially free options while maintaining appropriate quality and clinical standards.
Improving professional understanding across the spectrum through education about high-masking presentations, varying support needs, communication differences, and co-occurring conditions.
Creating places for support, recreation, and belonging with adjustable lighting, calm areas, and thoughtful sensory accommodations. Centers are planned to host free support groups, educational events, family gatherings, and community activities.
Connecting people through an accessible resource directory and developing relationships with relevant community organizations and qualified providers so support is easier to find and understand.
Bringing communities together through conferences and recognition by planning educational conferences and fundraising galas that celebrate advocates, recognize meaningful community contributions, and encourage long-term engagement.
CREATING MEANINGFUL CHANGE
Raising awareness and
breaking the stigma
At NDVerse, we believe meaningful change begins
with understanding. We are committed to
challenging stigma surrounding autism, ADHD,
neurodiversity, mental health, and suicide
prevention through education, genuine
conversations, and community connection.
Beyond awareness, we work to create real-world
impact through fundraising for hospitals,
supporting purpose-driven initiatives, and
bringing communities together. Guided by
love-centered leadership, we are building
a movement where every individual
feels seen, heard, and valued.
Because awareness starts conversations.
Love inspires change.
Bridging the gaps in care
and bringing communities together.
Support should not be fragmented,
inaccessible, or financially overwhelming
for the individuals and families
who need it most.
Today, autism, ADHD, neurodiversity,
and mental health support are often
separated across organizations,
diagnoses, services, and eligibility
requirements. Families are left navigating
complicated systems, costly evaluations,
limited resources, and the emotional
burden of finding appropriate care.

NDVerse is working to change that.
We are building an inclusive global
community that brings education,
more affordable neurodevelopmental
evaluations, resources, mental
health awareness, and meaningful
human connection together
under one mission.
Our vision extends beyond traditional
support systems. Through community
initiatives, hospital fundraising,
and partnerships with purpose-driven
organizations, we aim to remove
barriers, ease the burden on families,
and make genuine support more accessible.
Because getting support should never
become another source of stress.
OUR RESEARCH
Understanding people
through data & research
Meaningful change begins with understanding
how people think, experience the world,
and navigate the systems designed
to support them.
NDVerse's approach is informed by the
professional research experience of its
Founder and President, Gabrie'le "Gabby" Eato.
With a background spanning psychology-based
research, psychometry, behavioral health,
and neurodevelopmental assessment, Eato
brings a multidisciplinary understanding
of human behavior, individual differences,
and the barriers people face when accessing
support.

Combined with lived experience,
this professional background helps
shape NDVerse's commitment to
understanding the unique challenges
individuals and families encounter
when seeking autism, ADHD,
neurodiversity, and mental
health support.
From fragmented services and costly
evaluations to limited educational
resources and inaccessible community
support, we recognize the importance
of developing solutions that respond
to people's real experiences
and everyday needs.
By bringing together psychology-informed
perspectives, lived experience,
and community feedback, NDVerse
aims to expand access to education,
more affordable evaluations,
meaningful resources, and inclusive
support systems that reduce
unnecessary stress on families.
Because people deserve support
designed around their needs,
not systems that expect everyone
to fit the same mold.
The Foundation of Our Work
A place to belong. A mission to build.
NDVerse is an Ohio-founded nonprofit advancing neurodiversity, disability inclusion, mental health, and suicide prevention through accessible education, resources, community connection, and meaningful action. We are working to establish free, sensory-friendly community spaces beginning in Ohio, expanding throughout the United States, and ultimately building an international network of belonging.
OUR MISSION
To remove financial, educational, and accessibility barriers so neurodivergent people, individuals with disabilities, and their families can find understanding, support, and a community where every mind belongs.
OUR GUIDING VALUES
The principles behind our leadership.
01
Accessibility
We pursue free, accessible, sensory-friendly spaces and resources that respect diverse communication, learning, and support needs.
02
Acceptance
We advance respect, dignity, and affirming support for neurodivergent people without asking them to erase who they are.
03
Collaboration
We welcome independent nonprofits, healthcare professionals, educators, families, and advocates to contribute to shared goals.
04
Opportunity
We seek to make education, community gatherings, support groups, and disability-related opportunities available without facility fees.
Why It Matters
Support should not depend on the ability to pay.
Families and community groups have shared how difficult it can be to find a welcoming place to meet. Paid venues, scattered services, sensory-unfriendly lighting and noise, and misinformation about autism and ADHD can all stand in the way of connection and understanding.
Founded by Gabrie’le “Gabby” Eato—an autistic and ADHD advocate and trained psychometrist with experience conducting hundreds of autism and ADHD evaluations—NDVerse is responding to what individuals and parents have described firsthand. Our goal is to create free, sensory-friendly community centers with places to gather, accessible learning opportunities, and room for support groups and community-led events. We will begin in Ohio and pursue a national model before future global expansion.
HOW SUPPORT CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
What we aim to build and fund.
NDVerse is actively seeking grants, donations, corporate sponsorships, and philanthropic partnerships to advance the following priorities. Planned facilities and programs are fundraising goals, not presently operating locations.
01Free Community Programs & Support Groups
Creating opportunities for peer support, family gatherings, recreational activities, and community-led disability events without facility rental fees.
02Accessible Education & Resource Navigation
Building accessible educational materials and tools that help families find services, challenge stereotypes, and understand autism, ADHD, and disability.
03Conferences, Recognition & Community Events
Planning educational conferences, advocacy gatherings, and a fundraising gala that recognizes community contributions and encourages ongoing support.
04More Affordable Evaluation Access
Working with qualified assessment providers to explore referral pathways and future reduced-cost services.
05Partnerships That Expand Access
Working with independent organizations and qualified professionals to strengthen referrals, expand resources, and avoid unnecessary duplication.
06Free, Sensory-Friendly Community Centers
Working toward dedicated facilities with adjustable lighting, quieter areas, accessible meeting rooms, and no-charge community use, starting in Ohio.
07Funding & Responsible National Expansion
NDVerse is seeking philanthropic support for an Ohio founding center and a phased vision for centers across all 50 states. Each phase depends on secured funding, local needs, suitable facilities, and sustainable operations.
MEASURING OUR IMPACT
Progress beyond promises.
As initiatives launch, NDVerse intends to report meaningful outcomes, distinguishing planned activity from completed work and public awareness from direct services.
Ohio residents with developmental disabilities directly served
Funds actually raised and spent on eligible project costs
Free events, educational sessions, and resources delivered
Participant feedback on access, understanding, and belonging
GOVERNANCE & TRANSPARENCY
Leadership with accountability.
NDVerse is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity governed by its board of directors. Founder and President Gabrie’le Eato leads the organization’s vision and initiatives subject to board oversight. We aim to maintain accurate financial records, clear project budgets, ethical partnerships, and required reporting.
Independent partner organizations retain their own identities and governance. Proposed projects will have documented responsibilities and funding arrangements, while community perspectives will help inform accessibility and program design.
Federal tax-exempt status effective December 6, 2024. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
