Gabrie'le Eato

Gabrie'le Eato is a psychometrician, world-renowned international neurodiversity advocate, and the Founder, President, and Board Chair of NDVerse.

Her work centers on neurodiversity, mental health, suicide prevention, education, advocacy, accessibility, and building communities where people are understood, supported, and valued.

Gabrie'le Eato holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate of Arts in Behavioral & Social Sciences from Ohio University. She is also certified as a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) with the Ohio Board of Behavioral Health, holds an STNA certificate through the Ohio Department of Health, is a Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Practitioner through Ukeru, and maintains adult and pediatric BLS, CPR, and AED certifications.

Cupid Hayes

Cupid Hayes is the Founder and CEO of Arrow Advising, a brand and perception strategy firm helping businesses, individuals, and municipalities define who they are before someone else does.

A Telly Award-winning Hollywood casting director, SAG-AFTRA actress, and former Vice President with Missing Channel Media Group, Cupid brings more than 30 years of experience in identity, leadership, communication, and organizational strategy.

Her work has taken her from Hollywood boardrooms to community organizations and municipalities, with a focus on strengthening reputation, inspiring trust, and creating lasting impact.

As a Director of NDVerse, Cupid contributes strategic perspective, leadership experience, and a commitment to helping the organization grow with clarity, accountability, and a strong foundation.

Cupid Hayes holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from DePaul University.
